ABOUT

In 2009, Tawnie founded Cisneros Communications, Ltd., building on her long history of partnering with Fortune 500 companies across both corporate and agency environments. Her work is guided by three principles: integrity, partnership, and business results. Known for her collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves style, Tawnie acts as a seamless extension of her clients’ teams, taking the time to understand their culture, challenges, and goals so she can deliver the right blend of strategic thinking and tactical execution.

 

Tawnie brings deep expertise in corporate communications, supporting everyone from front-line employees to senior executives for brands including Abbott, A.J. Gallagher, Alcon, Baxter Healthcare, Good Foods, Johnson Controls, Kellanova (formerly Kellogg Company), McDonald’s Corporation, Navistar, Sara Lee Frozen Bakery, and Wrigley, among others. She earned her Prosci change management certification in 2014 and now specializes in global, multi-year change and communication programs that help employees stay engaged, navigate change, and do their best work in today’s complex business environment.

 

Outside of work, Tawnie is deeply rooted in her community. She serves as a volunteer Board member with the Pleasant Lake Lions Club and the Pleasant Lake Historical Society, and she’s a passionate supporter of education, providing pro bono support to Oak Farm Montessori and Pleasant Lake Montessori schools. A lifelong learner, she recently earned her Master Gardener certification through Purdue University Extension and she brings that same spirit of curiosity, growth, and stewardship to her work with clients.
